SB 601 is on the Senate Judiciary Committee agenda this afternoon at 3:00 pm. This may be our last best hope of stopping this bill from becoming law. The companion bill, HB 5243, has already passed the House.
Contact Senate Judiciary Members and tell them West Virginia wants a real Bill of Rights for Women. SB 601 is not that.
