Make Some Noise: Say NO to New, Unnecessary Residency Requirements for Voting
HB 5219 & SB 59 would establish new and complicated rules to determine residency to register and vote in West Virginia and appears to conflict with a US Supreme Court decision from 1979 holding that students have the constitutional right to register and vote where they attend college.
