A Nitro H.S. graduate, he obtained his law degree at WVU, as well as holding M.R.A./B.A. – Christian Psychology, and B.S./A.A.S – Criminal Justice. QUESTION: What is your assessment of the state’s long-term financial situation?
ANSWER: Steve will require full transparency in office policies and programs to restore public confidence. Current staffing, expensive field offices and excess expenditures will be reduced or eliminated to form a leaner, trimmer and cost-effective service to taxpayers.
