Voter suppression will be considered by the House of Delegates Judiciary Committee, Wednesday, Jan 17 at 1PM, in the form of HB 4675. The bill requires picture ID to vote.
Current WV law requires ID to vote but allows 10 forms of non-photo ID. HB 4675 would eliminate all these forms of non-photo ID. HB 4675 would prevent anyone lacking a photo id from voting.
